Jill 05-Jan-2013 09:02:06does these infrastructure bonds attract 80ccf section of income tax? will i get a deduction of Rs 20000 under section 80ccf if invested in these bonds? also my question is the the interest on these bonds are taxable for tax free? please help as soon as possible.
Shiv Kukreja 05-Jan-2013 09:44:23Hi Jill, Tax-Free Bonds are different from Tax Saving Bonds. Tax Saving Bonds which used to provide tax benefit u/s. 80CCF are not available this financial year. Tax-Free Bonds do not provide any tax deduction.
